Turn around times
Turnaround is fast and reliable. Most photo projects are delivered within 24–48 hours, with video timelines confirmed upfront depending on scope.
What’s included in a standard shoot?
Each shoot includes professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in two folders:

Print-ready files (full resolution)

Web-optimised files (smaller, faster-loading)
Shot lists are tailored to suit the property and brief, ensuring every key feature is captured.
All video is shot in 4K, 10-bit for maximum quality. Vertical edits suitable for social reels are included, making it easy to share your content across social media.
Do you travel outside Raglan / Waikato?
Absolutely. I regularly work across the wider region and beyond. Travel between Raglan and Hamilton is included at no extra cost, with any additional travel quoted clearly in advance — no surprises.
What happens if the weather isn’t ideal?
If conditions aren’t suitable — particularly for drone work — shoots can be rescheduled at no extra cost to ensure the best possible outcome.
For photography, subtle adjustments like enhancing skies or colour grading can be done in post, but for video, weather and lighting are captured as-is, so it’s best to schedule around optimal conditions.
